Terms & Conditions for online abacus competition:

1. Eligibility: The competition is open to all students aged between 5 and 16 years. Participants must be enrolled in a school or learning center that teaches abacus.

2. Registration: Participants must register for the competition by 15 APRIL 2023. The registration fee 700/- INR must be paid at the time of registration.

3. Competition Format:  The difficulty level will depend on the age and skill level of the participants. The decision of the judges will be final and binding.

4. Code of Conduct: All participants must keep their cameras on and mute themselves throughout the competition. Any participant who engages in disruptive or disrespectful behavior will be disqualified.

5. Prohibited Items: Participants are not allowed to bring any electronic devices or calculators into the competition area. The use of such devices will result in immediate disqualification.

6. Photography and Videography: The organizers may take photographs and videos of the competition for promotional purposes. By participating in the competition, participants grant the organizers the right to use their photographs and videos for promotional purposes.

7. Disqualification: The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates any of the terms and conditions of the competition.

8. Prize: The winner of the competition will be awarded a trophy. Every participant will receive a medal and certificate**** at their Indian address else have to pay shipping charges extra.

9. Modification: The organizers reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of the competition at any time with prior notice.

Participants agree to abide by the above terms and conditions by registering for the abacus competition.
